VETRIIX CAREER AND JOB APPLICATION SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made on [Date] between VETRIIX, [Full Registered Legal Name], of [Registered Business Address] ("VETRIIX"), and [Client Full Legal Name], of [Client Address], email [Client Email], phone [Client Phone] (the "Client").
1. Services
VETRIIX provides career and job-application support services, which may include: reviewing and improving the Client’s resume; customizing resumes for individual job openings; identifying job opportunities that reasonably match the Client’s profile; completing application forms using information the Client provides; uploading approved documents; submitting applications on the Client’s behalf where technically permitted; tracking applications; and general job-search guidance.
VETRIIX is not an employer, staffing agency, immigration law firm, or representative of any employer, and does not provide legal or immigration advice.
2. Packages and Fees
The Client may purchase a four-week package:
Base — $210 — up to 600 applications
Standard — $370 — up to 800 applications
Premium — $550 — up to 1,000 applications
The selected package, price, application limit and service dates are stated in the Order Form below. Prices and limits may change for future purchases but do not affect a package already purchased.
3. Resume Customization
For each application, VETRIIX will create or customize a resume for the relevant position — which may include reviewing the job description, incorporating relevant keywords, highlighting applicable skills and experience, adjusting the summary or job title, reorganizing or rephrasing existing content, and formatting for readability and Applicant Tracking System compatibility — using VETRIIX’s proprietary tools and processes.
VETRIIX does not guarantee that a resume will pass an Applicant Tracking System, achieve any score, be reviewed by a recruiter, or result in an interview. VETRIIX will not knowingly add false, fabricated or materially misleading qualifications to a resume.
4. Client Information and Responsibilities
The Client must provide complete, accurate and truthful information reasonably required to prepare applications, including contact details, location, education and employment history, skills and certifications, work authorization and sponsorship requirements, job preferences, salary expectations, employment gaps, and answers to standard application questions. The Client must promptly notify VETRIIX of any change.
The Client confirms this information is accurate and not misleading, and remains responsible for the truthfulness of information submitted in the Client’s name. VETRIIX may refuse to use or submit information it reasonably believes is false, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with the Client’s actual qualifications.
5. Authorization
The Client authorizes VETRIIX to identify suitable opportunities, customize resumes, complete application fields and standard questions using Client-approved information, upload documents, and submit applications on the Client’s behalf where technically permitted.
The Client may give written restrictions (job titles, industries, employers, locations, work arrangement, employment type, salary range, work authorization or sponsorship, and companies to avoid). VETRIIX will make reasonable efforts to follow restrictions received before an application is prepared or submitted.
VETRIIX will not request or use passwords for the Client’s private accounts such as LinkedIn or Indeed, and applies only through employer career sites, public forms and other approved methods. Where an employer requires the Client to create an account, verify an email, complete identity verification, or make a personal declaration, the Client must complete that step.
6. Counting Applications
An application counts toward the package limit once VETRIIX has performed substantial work — identifying the position, reviewing the job description, customizing a resume, and completing or substantially completing the application, whether or not it is finally submitted.
An application still counts if the Client delays providing information, changes their mind or preferences after the work is done, fails to respond before a posting closes, does not complete a required personal verification step, or asks that a completed application not be submitted.
Unused applications expire at the end of the four-week service period and do not carry over. VETRIIX does not guarantee the full limit will be reached where there are not enough suitable opportunities matching the Client’s qualifications, preferences, location, salary requirements, work authorization or sponsorship needs, and may prioritize relevance and quality over volume.
7. Payment and Service Period
The full package fee is payable in advance. Service begins only after the Client accepts this Agreement and the Order Form, full payment is received, the Client has provided the information required to begin, and the start date is confirmed. A payment that is pending, unsuccessful, reversed or under review is not treated as completed.
Each package runs for four consecutive weeks from the confirmed start date; if payment is late, the start date moves accordingly. VETRIIX does not provide services on credit. Each purchase is a separate one-time payment with no automatic renewal or recurring charge; to continue, the Client must purchase another package.
8. Refunds
All completed payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
The Client may ask in writing that VETRIIX stop preparing or submitting new applications, and VETRIIX will make reasonable efforts to stop future work. A stop request does not cancel the purchase, create a refund or credit, extend the service period, transfer unused applications, or transfer the package to another person. Work completed before the request may count toward the limit.
No refund arises merely because the Client changes their mind, no longer wants the service, does not use the full package, does not provide required information or respond, finds employment independently, receives no interviews or offers, or experiences a change in personal, academic, immigration or employment circumstances.
A refund may be issued only where VETRIIX approves it in writing, VETRIIX is unable to provide the purchased service, a duplicate-payment error is confirmed, or a refund is required by law. Approved refunds may be reduced by non-refundable payment-processing, currency-conversion or third-party charges where legally permitted.
9. Payment by Another Person
A parent, spouse, relative, friend, employer or other person may pay for the Client only with written authorization. VETRIIX may require a Payer Authorization Form recording the payer’s name, contact and billing details, the Client’s name, their relationship, the package, amount, service period, payment method, date and signature.
The payer must confirm that the payment is knowingly and voluntarily authorized, that the payment method is legally available for their use, that it is for services to the named Client, and that they understand the package, the refund policy and the name that may appear on the payment statement. VETRIIX may delay or refuse service where the payer’s identity or authorization cannot reasonably be verified. Paying does not give the payer access to the Client’s resumes, applications or communications.
10. No Guarantee of Employment
The Client is purchasing career-support and application work, not a result. VETRIIX does not guarantee interviews, recruiter responses, job offers, employment, any particular salary, title, work arrangement, visa sponsorship or work-authorization approval, Applicant Tracking System approval, employer acceptance of a resume, any number of employer responses, or any result within any period.
Hiring decisions are made by employers and recruiters and are outside VETRIIX’s control. Outcomes depend on factors including the Client’s background, market conditions, employer requirements, competition, location and salary preferences, work authorization, sponsorship needs, interview performance and Client responsiveness.
11. Records and Proof of Service
VETRIIX may create and retain records showing that services were requested, authorized and provided — including this Agreement, Order Forms, Payer Authorization Forms, invoices and receipts, profile information and preferences, job descriptions, customized resumes, employer and position details, applications prepared or submitted with dates and confirmations, Client instructions and approvals, communications, stop or change requests, service summaries, and electronic-signature audit records.
Proof of service may consist of completed work even where the Client receives no interview or offer. The Client’s failure to respond, review information, communicate with an employer or use completed work does not mean VETRIIX failed to provide the service. VETRIIX may provide periodic or end-of-service summaries.
12. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
The Client and any payer confirm that payments to VETRIIX are knowingly and voluntarily authorized, and should review the VETRIIX name, amount, package, Client, service period, refund policy and service description before paying.
For an incorrect, duplicate, unrecognized or disputed payment, the Client or payer should first contact VETRIIX at supportvetriix@gmail.com. This does not remove any legal right that cannot be waived. A knowingly false claim that an authorized payment was fraudulent or unauthorized may be treated as a material breach.
Where a dispute or chargeback is filed, VETRIIX may provide relevant evidence to the payment processor, bank, card issuer or other authorized reviewer, including this Agreement, payer authorization, invoices and receipts, electronic-signature records, communications, customized resumes, application and submission records, service summaries, and stop or change requests.
If a payment is disputed, reversed or charged back, VETRIIX may pause or terminate services, stop preparing or submitting applications, decline future service, request payment by another approved method, and, where legally permitted, seek recovery of the unpaid fee, chargeback expenses and reasonable recovery costs arising from a knowingly dishonest dispute. This does not apply to a genuinely unauthorized payment or a good-faith dispute. Nothing here guarantees that VETRIIX will win a dispute.
13. Privacy and Confidentiality
VETRIIX collects information reasonably required to provide the service — contact, resume, professional, employment and education information, work authorization and sponsorship details, identity documents where required for verification, job preferences, application records, communications, signed agreements and limited payment information — and uses it to prepare resumes, identify jobs, prepare and submit applications, communicate with the Client, manage the package, process and verify payments, maintain records, prevent fraud, respond to payment disputes, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
VETRIIX will not sell the Client’s personal information. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need it, with safeguards such as restricted role-based access, password-protected systems, multi-factor authentication where available, secure document storage, internal confidentiality requirements, and removal of access when no longer needed.
The Client must not provide unnecessary sensitive information, including banking passwords, full card details, or private job-platform passwords, unless specifically required through a secure process. VETRIIX may use third-party providers such as payment processors, electronic-signature providers, email, cloud storage and employer application platforms. Further detail is in the VETRIIX Privacy Policy.
14. Ownership
The Client continues to own the personal and professional information they provide. After full payment, the Client may use completed resumes for their personal job search — submitting them to employers, uploading them to job platforms, sharing them with recruiters, editing them, and retaining them after the service period — but may not sell or distribute them as commercial templates or products without written permission.
VETRIIX retains ownership of its internal tools, resume-customization software, job-matching processes, prompts, workflows, automation systems, databases, templates, training materials, business methods, source code and confidential technical processes. The Client receives completed outputs only, and must not copy, reverse engineer, extract or reproduce VETRIIX’s systems or use them to create a competing service.
15. Suspension and Termination
VETRIIX may pause services where payment is pending, reversed or disputed; required information is missing or requires verification; the Client does not respond; a security or fraud concern requires investigation; continuing may create legal or compliance risk; or a technical issue temporarily prevents service. A pause caused by the Client’s failure to cooperate does not extend the service period.
VETRIIX may terminate where the Client or payer provides materially false information, asks for false information to be added to an application, uses another person’s payment method without permission, makes a knowingly dishonest payment dispute, engages in abusive, threatening or unlawful conduct, misuses or attempts to reverse engineer VETRIIX’s systems, uses the service unlawfully or deceptively, or materially breaches this Agreement. Termination for Client misconduct does not create a refund. If VETRIIX ends the service for reasons unrelated to Client misconduct and cannot provide the purchased service, it may provide an appropriate refund or other resolution, subject to law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VETRIIX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost employment opportunities, lost salary or income, employer rejection, missed interviews, job-platform restrictions, employer or recruiter decisions, the Client’s failure to respond, or inaccurate information provided by the Client.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VETRIIX’s total liability relating to a package will not exceed the amount paid for that four-week package. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
17. Electronic Communications and Signatures
VETRIIX may communicate by email, text message, WhatsApp, electronic forms, client portals and other approved electronic methods, and may reasonably rely on instructions from the email address, phone number or account the Client provides. The Client must promptly notify VETRIIX if a communication account is compromised.
Approvals may be given by electronic signature, email, text or WhatsApp confirmation, approval checkbox, client-portal confirmation or another accepted written electronic method. The Parties agree that electronic signatures may be used for this Agreement, Order Forms, Payer Authorization Forms and other service documents, and that the signature system may record the signer’s name, email, date and time, IP address where available, document version, signature certificate and audit trail.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, except where mandatory laws applicable to the Client provide otherwise. Before formal proceedings, the Parties will make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter in writing; complaints should be sent to supportvetriix@gmail.com or [Registered Business Address]. Subject to mandatory legal rights, the courts of [City], [State], India have jurisdiction. No mandatory arbitration applies unless later added following legal review and accepted by the Client.
19. General
This Agreement, with the Order Form, Payer Authorization Form and Privacy Policy, is the complete agreement between the Parties. If documents conflict, the order of precedence is: Order Form, this Agreement, Privacy Policy, then other written communications. Material changes must be confirmed in writing.
The Client may not transfer the package or Agreement without VETRIIX’s written permission. The Parties are independent — this Agreement creates no employment, partnership, joint-venture or agency relationship. If a provision is invalid, the rest continues to apply, and failing to enforce a right immediately does not waive it. This Agreement is in English, which controls unless law requires otherwise. VETRIIX is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, including internet failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, government restrictions or third-party platform outages. Provisions on payment, privacy, records, intellectual property, disputes, liability and confidentiality survive the end of the service.
