Privacy notice

This notice covers the information collected when you apply through join.vetriix.com.

What we collect

  • Your name, email address, phone number and current address.
  • Your answers about work authorization and sponsorship, and your preferred work arrangement.
  • The package you select.
  • Identity documents you upload.
  • A record of your acceptance of the services agreement — the version you accepted, the exact wording you agreed to, the time, and your IP address and browser information.

Why we ask for government identity documents

We collect government identity documents to verify your identity before we submit job applications in your name.

We apply to employers on your behalf, using your name and history. Confirming that you are who you say you are protects both you and the employers we apply to. We do not use these documents for any other purpose, and we do not share them with employers.

How your documents are stored

Identity documents are uploaded directly from your browser to private encrypted storage. They are never published, never given a public address, and are viewable only by authorised Vetriix staff through short-lived links that expire within minutes.

How long we keep things

We delete identity document files once they are no longer needed for verification. We keep a record that a document was provided, and we keep your signed agreement and application record for longer, because they are the evidence of what was agreed between us.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, email supportvetriix@gmail.com. Where we are required to retain a record of an agreement you signed, we will tell you what we are keeping and why.
